CASE MANAGER

Our Case Managers provide support to participants undergoing supervision term and disseminate information to our law enforcement customers.

Location: Omaha, NE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision for program participants which includes incoming phone calls and email.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for specific time sensitive reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Read and speak Spanish fluently is a PLUS
  • High School diploma (minimum)

COLLECTION SPECIALIST

Our collectors are responsible for contacting clients to secure payment on participant balances owed. Previous experience in collections strongly preferred, but not required.

Location: Omaha, NE and field offices in Oregon and Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound and place outbound calls for account resolution
  • Enter pertinent information in software to record data collected through phone conversations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and inter personal skills
  • Accounts receivable and/or collection experience a plus
  • High school diploma (minimum)
